Risk of loss and damage to the Products passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect the Products upon delivery and notify us immediately of any damage or discrepancies. For shipments within the UK, we generally use Royal Mail or DPD, and occasionally other couriers for larger or international shipments. Professor Amelia Thistlewick, our Head of Logistics, works tirelessly to ensure efficient and safe deliveries for every order.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return the Products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided that the Products are in their original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the User, unless the Products are faulty or not as described. We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure the Products are returned safely.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned Products. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
